RPAS Aerial Work Concepts of

Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS), a subset of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) are in ICAO terms to be considered as aircrafts. Being a RPA (Remotely Piloted Aircraft) an aircraft, and not a R/C model for recreational use, in turn components of an RPAS, they are subject of all applicable aviation rules established.
